The 1872 main house has been reserved for the owner and housemate since the purchase of the property in 2001. It is a 1000 square foot, two bedroom and one bathroom unit.
This unit is not for rent, however, these photos are available for curious history lovers. The main house and upstairs were most likely one unit originally. The US government homesteaded the property to a man named James Kelly in 1872. Wheat Ridge natives say it was once the last stop on the Lookout Mountain Stagecoach run. More details under the History tab.
Before and After photos of this, and the other units, are also available in the History section of this website.
